Rob Posthauer began his role as the General Manager, Sales in September 2013.
He received his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University in Business Management and Finance.
Rob first began his appliance career with Maytag in 1993 as a District Sales Representative in Dallas, Texas. He held a number of roles with increasing responsibilities during his nine years with Maytag, including National Account Manager, District Manager, Key Account Manager and Marketing Manager where he was responsible for leading a team of district sales representatives for the Northern California/San Francisco region.
Rob joined GE Appliances in 2004 as an Area Sales Manager in California. He then moved into his first headquarter role as the National Account Manager for The Home Depot team. After two years of supporting The Home Depot as the NAM for laundry and dishwasher, he relocated to Louisville as the Merchandising Specialist for Cooking Products and moved into the Marketing Manager role shortly after.
Rob and his wife have two children and reside in Louisville, Kentucky.
